Peg Base is a term used solely in the Stash RPG which refers to a character's figurine base in a way it is displayed on the game world map. A character's Peg Base can be purchased with medallions or looted from bosses.

Stash RPG has a huge, tile based World Map to explore with your character's figurine (a “peg” for short, hence a Peg Base) that you can move on the map. Ever played tabletop games? The world view is like a game board in tabletop or miniature gaming. Like you are playing with friends around a real-life table, the "tabletop" style was a design choice, you should probably recognize the good old D&D charm. It's not like the game is technologically or graphically limited, it would be easy to just add animations of legs movement for the characters and remove the figurine stand from underneath their feet, make the characters move from one tile to another not like a figurine, but the developers wanted to have the Peg-tabletop feel deliberately to emphasize the Stash RPG is a tabletop-style game you can play online with your friends.
