Mez

Mez is a dangerous condition in which a character cannot perform any actions except "end turn". If a character is hit this condition is removed, therefore it is possible that Mez will have no effect if applied and removed before a character's spot in the initiative order triggers. Some monsters such as glancers have this extremely dangerous ability.
